Sarah hosted a seminar in the European Parliament on the representation of Muslim women in the media, where one of the speakers was Noura Jaballah, President of the European Forum of Muslim Women. Sarah said: “I am pleased to share in the effort to stop the stereotyping of Muslim women in Europe as submissive or subservient; there is as a huge diversity of views, lifestyles and opinions, as in any other section of the population.”
